1990 – 2000 | The Foundation Years

Our journey began in a modest 450 sq. ft. workshop, specializing in the manufacturing of hand-operated injection moulds. We built our first injection moulding machine in-house for mould trials, which soon evolved into commercial production. As demand grew, we expanded to 12 hand-operated injection moulding machines across multiple facilities. During this decade, we became one of the pioneers in manufacturing ABS overhead showers in India, introducing a modern alternative to traditional brass showers. By the end of the decade, our manufacturing footprint had expanded to three production units, establishing a strong foundation for future growth.

2000 – 2010 | Expansion & Capability Building

This decade marked our transformation into a professionally integrated manufacturing company. We established our 5,000 sq. ft. Bahadurgarh manufacturing unit, introduced 5 fully automatic injection moulding machines, and expanded our product portfolio to 50+ innovative designs across Health Faucets, Overhead Showers, Hand Showers, and Bathroom Accessories. In 2002, we commissioned our first in-house electroplating facility, followed by the establishment of a professional tool room in 2005, enabling complete in-house mould development and manufacturing. We also entered international markets by exporting to the Middle East. By 2010, our operations had expanded across Bahadurgarh, Khyala, and Bawana, creating a robust manufacturing network to support our growing customer base.

2010 – 2020 | Accelerating Growth & Industry Leadership

The decade from 2010 to 2020 was a defining chapter in our growth story. Our manufacturing infrastructure expanded to 50,000+ sq. ft., powered by 15 advanced injection moulding machines and a semi-automatic electroplating facility, significantly enhancing production capacity and operational efficiency.

We became a trusted OEM manufacturing partner for 5 leading sanitaryware brands, while expanding our product portfolio to 150+ designs across Health Faucets, Overhead Showers, Hand Showers, and Bathroom Accessories. During this period, we strengthened our international presence by expanding exports to UAE and Nepal, establishing our footprint across three countries.

To support this rapid growth, we significantly expanded our Bahadurgarh manufacturing facility, consolidated manufacturing operations, phased out our Khyala unit, and established a dedicated warehouse in Nangloi, Delhi. By the end of the decade, Marca Coroma had evolved into a professionally managed manufacturing organization recognized for innovation, quality, and manufacturing excellence.

Today, Marca Coroma stands as one of India’s leading integrated sanitaryware manufacturers, operating from 100,000+ sq. ft. of advanced manufacturing infrastructure. Our facilities are equipped with 33+ high-performance injection moulding machines, a modern tool room featuring advanced Japanese precision machines, dedicated assembly lines, automated quality systems, and an in-house testing laboratory that ensures every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Our manufacturing ecosystem is further strengthened by 4 dedicated electroplating lines 2 for ABS, 1 for Brass, and 1 for Stainless Steel with the capability to process 200,000+ sq. ft. of plated surface area every month, delivering world-class finish and durability.
